1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sponvia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Sponvia. Each user may only maintain one account.

3. Platform Usage

Sponvia is a marketplace connecting event organizers with sponsors. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate sponsorship and event-related activities
• Not misrepresent your identity, events, or brand capabilities
• Not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
• Respect the intellectual property rights of other users
• Not engage in harassment, spam, or fraudulent activities

4. Sponsorship Agreements

Sponvia facilitates connections between parties but is not a party to any sponsorship agreement. All negotiations, contracts, and financial transactions between organizers and sponsors are solely between those parties. Sponvia is not liable for disputes arising from sponsorship arrangements.

5. Content & Events

You retain ownership of content you post on Sponvia. By listing events or creating profiles, you grant Sponvia a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Communication Policy

All conversations between users must take place through Sponvia's built-in messaging system. You agree to:

• Not share personal contact information (email addresses, phone numbers) through messages
• Not share social media handles, usernames, or links to external communication platforms
• Not attempt to circumvent contact information filters through obfuscation or coded language
• Not solicit off-platform communication through any means

Messages containing prohibited content will be automatically blocked. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
